This is your Bliss body. We often forget it or lose connection to it - due to life, obligations, roles, and responsiblites.
This is your invitation to remember and return home - to yourself and your bliss.
Your retreat includes daily morning practice (inclusive of breath, body, mind, heart, and soul), meditation and restoration, workshops, and ample time to explore both the outer world (hiking, beach time, poolside R & R, excursions), and the bliss of your inner world (on-site massages, quiet mornings, downtime).
Our time together is intentionally created without a lot "to do";
rather, space to unwind and undo.
Location
Topia is one hour north of the Los Cabos airport and 15 minutes south of Todos Santos. Todos Santos is a sweet and thriving town filled with culture, art, shopping, and culinary delights.
Schedule
Every morning begins with quietude, practice, and perhaps whale watching from the open air library.
Days include pool, rest, beach, reading, jacuzzi, hiking, and whatever speaks to your bliss.
Evenings are time for family dinner and Yin/Restorative/Yoga Nidra, workshops, a community activity, or free time.
Everything is offered as a gift, nothing is required.
What is included
Luxury lodging, daily yoga/meditation/workshops, all meals at Topia (early morning continental faire, late morning brunch, afternoon snack, and dinner), an exursion to Todos Santos, and your shuttle to and from the airport.
What is not included
Surf lessons, horseback riding, on-site massages, alcoholic beverages, gratuities for the staff.
Getting There
Fly in to Los Cabos Airport (SJD) - there are direct flights from most cities.
Please arrive between 2:00-4:00pm on Friday and depart after 1:00pm on Wednesday.

Liz and Greg Skarvelis are the founders of Love Bird Yoga, partners, and life long travelers - here to guide, support, and be with you.
Liz has taught yoga for the past 15+ years and leads classes, workshops, and trainings, from her heart and soul, in Central Oregon. Greg is an avid motorcycle adventurist and finds great peace and balance through practicing yoga.
